we know that,

where R,D,L are the resistance, length and cross section area

10 = 1.6 \times  {10}^{ - 8}  \times  \frac{l}{\pi {r}^{2} }

L=10×3.14×5×10-⁴×10⁸/1.6

L=10×3.14×6.25/1.6

L=112.656

so,length will be 122.656mm
