adverbial do the modified the sentence

CLAUSE:
________

◆in simple , it is just a group of words including a subject and a verb ( but it is different from sentence).
◆example :
SHE ATE A PIZZA after she got into the shop.
( here , capital words is the clause).

ADVERBIAL CLAUSE:
__________________

◆Like a clause , it is also a group of words including a subject and a verb but it plays the role of adverb in a sentence.
◆example:
keep studying hourly.(normal adverb).
keep studying TILL I TELL YOU TO STOP( Adverbial clause).

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SENTENCE AND CLAUSE:

A sentence must contain subject, verb and predicate and must express a full meaning but clause needs only subject and verb but no predicate or complete meaning.
