➡Chemical endothermic reactions need heat to be performed. In a thermochemical reaction that is endothermic, the heat is placed on the reactants side (heat is necessary for and absorbed during the reaction).Examples are:
➡melting ice cubes.
➡melting solid.
➡salts evaporating liquid.
➡waterconverting frost to water vapor (melting, boiling, and evaporation in general are endothermic processes).
➡making an anhydrous salt from a hydrate forming.
➡ A cation from an atom in the gas phasesplitting a gas molecule separating ion pairs cooking an egg.
Hope this helps you !!!!!! Cheers @

They are denoted by a negative heat flow (heat is lost to the surroundings) and decrease in enthalpy (ΔH < 0). In the lab, exothermic reactions produce heat or may even be explosive. There are other chemical reactions that must absorb energy in order to proceed. These are endothermic reactions.
