Please anyone tell
that I have listened that the atmospheric pressure on a living being is balanced by the blood pressure

but how the atmospheric pressure is balanced in non living things like a pen

Heyy! Smart question. Hope it gets it's smart answer ^^

Answer:

We know, all forces in nature are in balanced state, cause they need to be :}

(why?)

you must have heard about energy. Every body has a tendency to remain in it's lowest state of energy. Cause higher energy required work, work, in order to be done, requires force. And force as we all know depends on various factors.

Force can be generated by magnets when they attract objects ( not generated but it's like magnets "apply" force on objects), and force can also be applied when youre simply pushing a ball.

Therefore, all forces on a system tend to exist in balanced state, so that their resultant gets the total energy to be zero. As they are somehow responsible for total energy on a system.

(What's pressure?)

pressure is force per unit area. So, if all forces in nature tend to stay in balanced state, why shouldn't pressure follow their way, after all it depends on force (more like this quality, pressure, exists cause of the quantity force).

okay so, pressure needs to be balanced too!

When we're saying atmospheric pressure is balanced by the blood pressure in our bodies, we're staying nothing but the name of the pressure that counteracts the atmospheric pressure.

You say your pen is stiff, that's cause it's designed in such a way so that it doesn't come crushing down even on your gentle touch.

It's made of plastic, and plastics are organic compounds ( it's polymers and all you'll read before you graduate ^^ ) which are durable. They're like long unbreakable chains of atoms which bond so strong that they do not break so easily.

So, it's just that we're not stating the name of this pressure.

So, we must conclude that

internal pressure on a system must be equal to external pressure on the system.

That's it! :)

in a living being this internal pressure is it's blood pressure whereas in a non living thing it's undefined or may be different for different substances.

Hope this helps! :}
