I am Varuna from sector 20 Gurgaon ordered class 11 science ,maths, economics books and encyclopedias of cost rs 4000 from your publishing house. The order was delivered yesterday but the books delivered were not the same books which I ordered.
I'm very disappointed with your service. I'm your regular customer and you made no arrangement for the check of the order. I would like to get the replacement of the books by Wednesday. Please make sure this mistake is not repeated again.
