Cross multiply
2(5y+3) = 5(6-2y)
10y+3 = 30-2y
10y = 30-2y-3
10y = 27-2y
2y+10y = 27
12y = 27
y = 27/2
OR
13.5

here is your answer..
Do cross multiplication..
5y+3/6-2y=5/2
=5 x (6-2y) =2 x (5y+3)
=30-10y=10y+6
=-10y-6=6-30
=4y= -24
=y= -24 - 4=-28
=y= -28
