Here the area of both the roads will be as follows

Road1, parallel along length
= 70m * 5m
=350 sqm

Road2, parallel along breadth
= 45m*5m
= 225sqm

However since both the roads are intersecting, we'll have to deduct the common area or else it will be counted twice

Intersection
=5m * 5m
=25 sqm

Hence total area by roads
=Road1 + Road2 - Intersection
= 350+225-25
=550 sqm

Cost @ Rs105/sqm
= 550sqm * Rs105/sqm
= Rs 57,750
