=(a-b)(a²+ab+b²)-30yab
=10y(a²+ab+b²)-30yab
=10ya²+10yb²+10yab-30yab
=10ya²+10yb²-20yab
=10y(a²+b²-2ab)
=10y(a+b)²
=10y(7x+5y+7x-5y)
=10y×14x
=140xy
