i know that forms of be are; am,is,are,was,were,being,been
but why they will use will be or would be in some cases when example;
If only our weather__________(be) better.
Here they used would be but why they used would be is not a form of be they why
please say
If we can use would be when there is (be)
they say the words we can use when this situation arrives
