Here is your answer.........

Hydrolytic Enzymes-Any of the enzymes or catalysts that act and behave like a hydrolase. Supplement. In biochemistry, a hydrolase is anenzyme that speeds up the hydrolysis of a chemical bond. For instance, ahydrolytic enzyme acts on the following reaction: A–B + H2O → A–OH + B–H.

Semiautonomous Structure-or semiautonomous (ˌsɛmɪɔːˈtɒnəməs) acting independently to some degree. Scientists designed a semi-autonomous robot. having a degree of self-government. Catalan nationalists run the semi-autonomous government.

There exists 2 semi autonomous organelle, which are mitochondria (plant & animal cell) and plastid (plant cell).

Because they both have their own Circular DNA unlike other cell organelles, but they are not completely independent in terms of function, for some protein they are dependent upon Nucleus— so that's why they are semi autonomous.

The only autonomous organelle is Nucleus.
