customer friendly and little smile with truth and calm are the perfect ways........Understand the need for customers dont be in a hurry but be fast. Do not show your feelings on your face infront of the customers.Dont show ur tension also..

Tuition refund My community college canceled two computer classes I'd registered for. They returned my fees EXCEPT RS.1000 that i assumed as a service charge
I was so mad I emailed the Colorado State Advisor & said this was unreasonable, since I wanted the classes but the college had canceled them before they began. She forwarded my complaint to another college VIP & I promptly got my money back, plus a soothing apology!
