Given Data :-

E = Emf induced - to be calculated.
L = Inductance = 4H
dt = 0.1 s

then ,
dI/dt = (I1 - I2)/dt = 5/0.1 = 50 A/s


Formulae required :-
E = L dI / dt

Substitution and simplification:-
=> E = 4 × 50
=> E = 200 V
Hence, the emf induced in the coil is 200V
