Step-by-step explanation:

since you did not specify what exactly to answer, I am answering both questions:

1)

i)0.25 =x (say)

100x= 25

100x-x= 25-0.25 = 24.75

99x = 24.75

x= 24.75/99

this is the rational expression of this number.

ii) x= 0.44(say)

100x= 44

100x-x= 44 - 0.44 = 43.56

99x = 43.56

x= 43.56/99

this is the rational expression of this number.

2)

i) use the multiplication of powers rule

 {9}^{4 + 6 - 10}  \\  {9}^{10 - 10} \\  {9}^{0}

=1 ( anything raised to 0 is 1)

ii)

 {2}^{0} +  {3}^{0} +  {4}^{0}

we know that anything raised to 0 is 1

= 1+1+1

= 3

hope this helps
