= √[((7)-2√12)] [2=√4, hence √3*√4=√12]

now, 7=3+4 and 12=3*4
= √[(3+4)-2√3*√4)]
= √[3-2√3*√4+4]
= √[(√3)²-2√3*2+(2)²]
= √[(√3-2)²]
= √3-2
