The First Carnatic War (1746-48)
a handful of French army and some properly trained Indian soldiers routed Anwaruddin’s vast army at Mylapore near St. Thomas in 1746.

The Second Carnatic War (1749-54)
In this war the British and the French in India were at war with each other.

Third Carnatic War 1757-63
The Third Carnatic war was a local version of the Seven Years war in Europe. The Third Carnatic War put an end to the French ambitions to create a colonial empire in India

Note- British successfully defended Madras, and Sir Eyre Coote (British Commander) decisively defeated the French, commanded by Comte de Lally (French Commander) at the Battle of Wandiwash in 1760. After Wandiwash, the French capital of Pondicherry fell to the British in 1761

Mandeepkaur1111: Thank you very very much. But may you explain third war very properly.
Anonymous: I have edited the answer. Local version means the British amd and the French were at war in Britain and in the same manners they were at war in India.
Mandeepkaur1111: Thank you
