Let wil be the x is added to  \sf4 \frac{9}{13}

 \sf x  + 4 \frac{9}{13}  = 6 \frac{15}{18}  \\

 \sf x  +  \frac{61}{13}  =  \frac{107}{18}  \\

 \sf x =  \frac{107}{18}  -  \frac{61}{13}  \\

 \sf x =  \frac{1391 - 1098}{234}  \\

 \sf x =  \frac{293}{234}  = 1 \frac{59}{234}  \\
