Hey,

4x {}^{2}  + y {}^{2}  + 25z {}^{2}  + 4xy - 10yz - 20zx \\  \\  = (2x + y - 5z) {}^{2}  \\  \\  = (2 \times  - 1 + 2 - 5 \times  - 3) {}^{2}  \\  \\  = ( - 2 + 2 + 15) {}^{2}  \\  \\  = 225

x=-1
y=2
z=-3

putting the values in equation
4(-1)^2+(2)^2+26(-3)^2+4(-2)-10(-6)-20(3)
4+4+234-8+60-60
8+234-8
234 ans...
