After removing 2nd electron for 3rd Ionisation enthalpy all elements shell and sub-shells are same. Required amount of energy (enthalpy) is based upon the stability of d-subshell. The 3d5 sub-shell which is in Manganese has highest stability in all because it is half filled sub-shell (while other are incomplete). So Mn shows highest third ionisation potential or enthalpy.

GarimaNewly: but after removing 3 electrons its confrigution will be 3d2 ..
Anvesh06: not 3
Anvesh06: 2 electrons will be removed
Anvesh06: removal of electrons will be from 4s2 first then 3d
Anvesh06: so both electrons are removed from 4s2 and we are left with 3d5
GarimaNewly: ohh now i got it .. thankyou so much
Anvesh06: my pleasure
