In ∆ DEC
/_DCE = 30°
/_E = 60°
SO /_ D = 180° - 60° -30°
= 90°

Hence In ∆ABC AND ∆ CDE

/_B. = /_D. = 90°. ( Right angle)

AC = EC ( GIVEN - HYPOTENUSE)

DC = BC. ( GIVEN. - SIDE)

So ∆ ABC. =~. ∆ CDE.
