The total number of students = 1521

Now ,
They have to made standing in rows and columns.
But, the restriction is that
Number of rows =number of columns

Now,

Let the number of rows be x
So, number of columns will be x only.
Since, they are equal.

Now,
Number of students = rows * columns

Now,
X² = 1521
Or,
$x = \sqrt{1521} \\ x = \sqrt{3 \times 3 \times 13 \times 13 } \\ x = 3 \times 13 = 39$
So,
The number of rows is equal to 39
