Tautomerism is the capability of any organic compound to react in isometric structure in which position of hydrogen atom and double bond differs. It is a reaction involving a simple proton transfer in an intramolecular fashion. Keto-enol tautomerism is a common example.
Metamerism:
Metamerism is a term used for the compound with same number and kind of atom but with a different distribution of radicals.Different colors that appears to be the same to human eye are actually having different spectrum.
