please explain these lines


at limiting plasmolysis the pressure potential is zero and osmotic concentration of cell interior is equal to the cell exterior, the cell is said to be flacid. when the cell is flaccid water flows into the cell and out of the cell and are in equilibrium.​

when protoplasm contract due to loss of water the pressure becomes zero at that time due to concentration of water loss have effects on inner cell which is equal to outer cell due to this the flow of water/fluid takes place equally
