»This para tells about the situation of cast system in our country.

it says that cast system is one of the major drawback of our country, here many people now also discriminate on basis of cast of a person.

Then it says that if you are a part of a rural areas or culture then from your birth onwards your have taught that your cast is low so be mannerd...etc.and if you are a part of urban culture then it's ok whatever your cast is, mainly no one is free to judge someone on basis of their cast.

But according to the English paper it says that castanism is one of the issues of our country and is now also in the mind of urban people and they are proving us wrong.
