Answer:

cos(-theta) = cos(theta)

if you go clockwise angle is negative and if you go anti-clockwise the angle is positive.

and cos(theta) in 4th quadrant is positive

therefore

cos(-theta) = cos(theta)

and rest you can solve bu your own
