What would have happened if Hitler had read Gandhi's letter? Will Hitler still do what he did?

The devastating condition of Germany turned Hitler to what he is known now as. He is seen as a person who was devoid of emotions. Even if he read Gandhi's letter, he probably wouldn't have given it a second.
