Please explain this sentence to me:
"Once an electric impulse in a cell and transmitted, the cell will take some time to reset it's mechanisms before it can generate and transmit a new impulse."

once there is an there is an electric impulse transmitted in a neurone so there is an message passing to your spinal cord and to the brain and chemical reaction during passing this message the cell will take timeas it will take time then as this much is done so again again the cells cell will take time to reset of mechanism and during that time it will not transmit or generate any electrical or chemical impulse
