Mole concept:-
one mole is defined as the number of carbon atoms present in 12g of Pure C12 isotope and nearly equal to 6.023 x 10^23

1 mole =6.023 x 10^23 atoms /molecules/ions
Number of moles =ratio of mass of atom/molecule/ion and molar mass of atom /molecule /ion
or,
ratio of volume of gas (in L) at NTP by 22.4
or,
ratio of no of atoms /molecules/ions and 6.23 x 10^23
