question no. (2):

length of soccer field

= (3x^2 + 2x + 5) feet

breadth of soccer field

= 4x^2y feet

area = length × breadth

= (3x^2 + 2x + 5) × ( 4x^2y )

= 12x^4y + 8x^3y + 20x^2y feet^2

question (1):

length = 3xy inches

width = (3x^2 + 6x + 10 )

area = length × width

area = 3xy × ( 3x^2 + 6x + 10 )

= (9x^3y + 18x^2y + 30xy ) inches^2

1.

Given Dimensions:

⇒ Length = 3xy

⇒ Breadth = 3x² + 6x + 10

We know that Area of rectangle = length * breadth

⇒ (3xy)(3x² + 6x + 10)

9x³y + 18x²y + 30xy   inches².

2.

Given Dimensions are:

⇒ Length = 4x²y.

⇒ Breadth = (3x² + 2x + 5).

We know that Area = Length * Breadth

⇒ 4x²y(3x² + 2x + 5)

12x⁴y + 8x³y + 20x²y   Sq.feet.

Hope this helps!
