Step-by-step explanation:

hey here is your answer

so pls mark it as brainliest

let the number of students in each row be x and that of number of rows be y

so this total number of students in class=

number of students in each row×total number of rows

=xy

so according to first condition

(x+1)(y-2)=xy

so xy-2x+y-2=xy

ie -2x+y=2

so thus y=2x+2 (1)

according to the second condition

(x-1)(y+3)=xy

so xy+3x-y-3=xy

ie 3x-y=3

thus y=3x-3 (2)

equate (1) and (2)

we get

3x-3=2x+2

so hence x=5

substitute value of x in any of two equations

we get

y=12

so now total no of students in class=xy

=12×5

=60

thus there are total 60 students in a class
