$average \: speed = \frac{total \: distance \: covered \: in \: that \: time \: interval}{total \: time \: interval}$
In interval of t=0 to t=10s ,
Avg. speed = 10 m/10 s = 1 m/s

In interval t=10s to t=20s ,
Avg. speed = 10m / 10 s = 1 m/s


both are equal
