1) bisect BA. Let me be the mid-point, of BA.
2) taking M as center and MA as radius, draw a circle. Let it intersect the given circle at the point P & Q.
3) Join BP & BQ . Then BP & BQ is the required tangent from B to the circle with center A.
4) again, let M be the mid-point of AB.
5) taking M as Centre and MBA as radius, draw a circle. Let it intersects the given circle at the point R & S.
6) join AR & AS.
THEN AR AND AS ARE THE REQUIRED TANGENT FROM A TO THE CIRCLE WITH CENTER B.
