the Taj Mahal, which is made of of marble,reacts with harmful sulfide and nitride gases,which are toxic in nature,to produce magnesium sulfate,whose colour is yellow.

this change of colour of Taj Mahal from white to yellow is briefly described as acid rain,which destroys marble and it's beauty.

acid rain amajor threat to the Taj Mahal .when the acids fall on the acids the marble .they react and cause marble cancer to the monument
