The first three resistors are connected in parallel. So,

\frac{1}{R_{eq} }  = \frac{1}{12} + \frac{1}{12} + \frac{1}{6}\\R_{eq} =  \frac{12}{4} = 3 ohms

Total resistance in the circuit is 3 + 3 = 6 ohms

Total Current in the circuit I = V / R = 18 / 6 = 3A

Voltage across the 3 ohms resistor V = I x R = 3 x 3 = 6V
