POSITIVE :

CASE 1 : RAJIV WAS AN EDUCATED UNEMPLOYED FELLOW . HE LIVED IN A VILLAGE WHERE THERE WAS NO CYBER FOR A LONG DISTANCE , BUT THERE WERE PEOPLE WHO WERE CONSCIOUS ABOUT COMPUTER EDUCATION AND THERE WERE ALSO PEOPLE WHO TRAVELLED A LONG DISTANCE TO ACCESS COMPUTER . RAJIV GOT A GREAT IDEA TO OPEN A CYBER IN HIS VILLAGE . HE TOOK A LOAN OF RS. 30,000 AT 5% ANNUM ON A SCHEME FROM THE BANK . HE STARTED HIS CYBER WITH ONLY 3 COMPUTERS ! BUT HE WAS SUCCESSFUL IN HIS WORK AND WAS ABLE TO RETURN THE AMOUNT EASILY TO THE BANK . HE ALSO SAVED ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY MORE COMPUTERS .

CASE 2 : RANI HAD A HECTARE OF LAND . SHE WAS EDUCATED AND KNEW THE MODERN WAYS OF FARMING . SO , SHE TOOK A LOAN OF RS.50,000 AT 8% P.A. FROM THE BANK TO BUY HYV SEEDS , PESTICIDES , ETC. SHE ALSO BUILT A STORAGE TANK . SHE SOLD THE CROPS WHEN THE MARKET CONDITIONS WERE GOOD AND WAS ABLE TO REPAY THE LOAN AND ALSO TO BUY MORE LAND .

NEGATIVE :

CASE 1 : MAHESH WAS AN ILLITERATE , POOR FARMER WHO HAD A HECTARE OF LAND . HIS CROPS WERE DEPENDENT ON RAINFALL / MONSOON . HE TOOK A LOAN OF RS. 10,000 AT 5% P.M. ( PER MONTH ) TO BUY THE SEEDS BUT DUE TO LOW AMOUNT OF RAINFALL , HIS CROPS FAILED AND HE WAS COMPELLED TO SELL A PART OF HIS LAND TO PAY THE LOAN.

CASE 2 : RAJU WAS A SMALL BUSINESSMAN WHO BOUGHT GOODS FROM THE FAR AWAY CITY AND SOLD THEM IN THE VILLAGE . THE VILLAGE SARPANCH WAS THINKING TO OPEN A LIBRARY FOR THE POOR VILLAGERS AND SO HE ORDERED 100 BOOKS WORTH RS. 10,000 TO RAJU . RAJU DIDN'T HAS THE AMOUNT SO HE TOOK THE RS. IN ADVANCE BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO SUPPLY THE BOOKS AS THEY WERE STOLEN IN THE WAY , SO HE HAD TO TOOK THE LOAN OF RS. 12,000 AT 10% P.M. FROM THE LOCAL MONEYLENDER . HE SUCCESSFULY SUPLIED THE BOOKS TO THE SARPANCH BUT DUE TO HIGH INTETEST RATE , HE WAS UNABLE TO PAY THE LOAN BACK AND HE GOT INTO A DEBT TRAP !

SORRY , I DO NOT HAVE PICTURES .
