hey here are your answers in above pics

pls mark it as brainliest

I have not answered all answers but which I felt are interesting and important I have only solve those one (only 2 questions)

Step-by-step explanation:

your 7th question is here

Q.7

so let the present ages of a man and his son be x years and y years respectively

so according to first condition

x-1=8(y-1)

ie x-1=8y-8

so x=8y-7 (1)

according to the second condition

x=y square (2)

equate both equations

we get

y square=8y-7

ie y square-8y+7=0

so then

y square-7y-y+7=0

ie y(y-7)-1(y-7)=0

so (y-1)(y-7)=0

ie y=7 or y=1

but if we consider y=1

then from (1)

we would get

x=(8×1)-7

=8-7

=1

which nothing but concludes that ages of father and his son presently are equal which is completely irrational

thus then y=1 is absurd

hence y=7

substitute value of y in (1)

we get

x=49

hence present age of father is 49 years and that of his son is 7 years
