CF is the perp. bisector of AB so ... 1/2AB=Fb
FB= 5 cm


In ∆CFB
By Pythagoras theorem...
${h}^{2} = {p }^{2} + {b}^{2}$
${h}^{2} = {5}^{2} + {14}^{2}$
${(cf)}^{2} = 25 + 196$
${(cf)}^{2} = 221$
$cf = \sqrt{221}$
$cf = 14.8660687$
