happen due to Andhra Pradesh is located far away from the standard line of India while Gujarat is located away from the standard line of India so there is a difference of time but the watches show the same time

in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat sun rises earlier in Arunachal Pradesh because Sunrise fall slantly in Arunachal Pradesh first then further when Earth rotates little Gujarat get sunlight slantly. where Arunachal Pradesh receive sunlight first and Gujarat receive sunlight next.

Arunachal Pradesh is in east of india and Gujarat is at west. Where as reach a Arunachal Pradesh first and Gujarat next
