Answer: My dear diary

18th May, 2019

Today is the day of celebrating Buddha Purnima. So it's holiday and everyone is in home today for the whole day. Buddha purnima is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Buddha. Buddha purnima is also the day of Lord Buddha's death. It occurs on the full moon night.

This day is passionately celebrated in Gaya which is also the birth place of Gautam Buddha. We all went to the Buddhist temple which is very near to my house.

We all recited the Buddhist sculpture which was very exciting for me as it produced a magical sound in the Hall of temple. There were monks also who were worshiping and meditating in front of the statue of Lord Buddha.

We all offered the fruits and flowers to the statues of Lord Buddha.

It was so relaxing there. I really loved it all.

Good night.
