Let the total property be x.
Given that Man leaves half of his property to his wife = x/2.
Given that Man leaves 2/3rd of the remainder to his son = 2/3 * x/2
= 2x/6
= x/3.
Given that Man leave remaining property to his daughter for 25000.
= > x - x/2 - x/3 = 25000
= > x/6 = 25000
= > x = 25000 * 6
= > x = 150000
Therefore the share of wife = x/2
= 150000/2
= 75000.
Therefore the share of son = x/3
= 150000/3
= 50000.
