Let's Suppose ∠ABC be the interior angle .

Let's suppose ∠ ACD be the exterior angle.

Given that :

The two interior opposite angles of an exterior angle of a triangle are 58° and complement of 48°

To find :

  • Measure of exterior angle ?

Solution :

We know that ,

  • ● Measure of exterior angle is equal to sum of two interior opposite angle.

Therefore , Meausre of exterior ∠ACD is ,

\implies ∠ ACD= ∠ABC + ∠BAC

\implies ∠ ACD= 58°+48°

\implies ∠ACD = 106°

Hence, meausre of ∠ACD= 106°

Note : Refer to the attachment for the required angle.

  • Angle is formed by two Ray's at one point.
  • Angle is measured in degrees.
  • Angle is drawn using protector.

Supplementary angles :

  • Supplementary angles are the angles which are measured up to 180°
  • For example angles (110° and 50°) these both angles are known as supplementary angles .

Complementary angles :

  • Complementary angles are the angles which are measured up to 90°
  • For example angles (30° and 40°) these both angles are known as complementary angles.
