Solution :-

Let us assume that, (-5/8)^(-2) is divided by x so that the quotient is (-3/2)

so,

→ (-5/8)^(-2) ÷ x = (-3/2)

using a^(-m) = a^m

→ {1/(-5/8)²} ÷ x = (-3/2)

→ {1/(25/64)} ÷ x = (-3/2)

→ (64/25) ÷ x = (-3/2)

→ x = (64/25) ÷ (-3/2)

→ x = (64/25) * (-2/3)

→ x = (-128/75) (Ans.)

Hence, when we divide (-5/8)^(-2) by (-128/75) we get (-3/2) as quotient .
