Hey mate here is your answer-----

Angle A +B=Exterior angle CEB (sum of two interior opposite angle is equal to the exterior angle)

60+40=Angle CEB

CEB=100

Now, Given AB//CD and CE be the transversal .

DCE+CEB=180(co -interior angles)

DCE=180-100

DCE=80 ..
