Ohm's law states that at a constant temperature, current 'I' through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the potential difference or voltage 'V', across the two points. That is, ... This constant is called as the resistance (R) of the conductor.

You can do it by experiment.
Take a voltmeter, ammeter, switch, battery, and a bulb.

Switch on the bulb first and note the reading on the ammeter. Note it down.

Now increase the voltage and again switch on the bulb. Note that the reading of ammeter will also increase. This was Ohm's law.
