The iron present in the leaves can not be called as iron ore because iron ore is cannot be eaten whereas iron present in the leaves can be eaten . The are two Types of metals one that can be eaten and other one is that cannot be eaten so this is the one which can be eaten Selenium (Se) and Zinc (Zn) are examples including iron
