Answer:

Underemployed means employed only part-time when one wants to be working full-time. Someone who's underemployed has a job and wants to be working more but can't, often due to a lack of available jobs. The term is often used in the same context as unemployed, which means not employed at all.

In rural areas, where agriculture is the main source of income, this kind of unemployment can be seen often. If a piece of land requires only three people to work on it and instead five people are working on it, then the two extra people are said to be in a situation of disguised unemployment.

UNDEREMPLOYED

underemployment is the measure of employment and labour utilisations in the economy that looks at how well the labor force is being utilised in terms of skills, experience and availablity to work. It refers to a situation in which individuals are forced to work in low paying or low skills jobs.

DISGUISED UNEMPLOYMENT

Disguised unemployment exists when part of the labor force is either left without work or is working in a redundant manner such that worker productivity is essentially zero. It is unemployment that does not affect aggregate output.
