Physical changes: Physical changes are those changes that can be reversed and  no new product is formed.

a.)  Physical changes which are reversible could be reversed and again because there is no change in the substances' chemical properties. For example :  Freezing of water; Boiling of water  etc. In both of these activities no new product is formed and hence they can be reversed.

b.) Physical changes which are irreversible can't be reversed because the product formed is of different form, For example: Cutting of wood; Tearing of paper. In these changes no new product is formed but they cant be reversed as well

c.) Chemical changes are those changes in which a substance undergoes in the changes of its chemical properties. These changes are irreversible.
