From figure, it is given that the two shaded regions have same area.

Area of one quarter of the circle = (1/4) × (22/7) × 7
= 11/2 cm²

Area of the two quarters = 11/2 × 2 = 11 cm²

The area of the two quarters is equal to the areas of the quadrilateral.
Because the area includes the two quarter areas in which the areas of the two shaded regions are same.
So there is no need to subtract the common area by one time.

Hence, the area of the quadrilateral O1O2BA is 11 cm².
