Here is your solution:-
 \sqrt{x} ( \sqrt{x + 5} ) \\ = x ^{ \frac{1}{2} } \times (x + 5) ^{ \frac{1}{2} } \\ = (x \times( x + 5)) ^{ \frac{1}{2} } \\ = ( {x}^{2} + 5x)^{ \frac{1}{2} } \\ = \sqrt{{ {x}^{2} } + 5x}

It can be further solved if u want by completing square method.
