they should mainly prefer strong shoes and tough clothing for protectionthey should avoid electric materials like radio,mobiles etcc..mainly should carry emergency kits along with water,food,and other needs and stay indoors

2.

unplug all of their appliances during the cyclone.if the water enter in the house then turnoff all the loose wires and gas ,water keep emergency kit with u close and with family in the shed or strong place of ur house away from all windows and doors
