 \frac{2x - \frac{3}{4}}{ \frac9x + \frac{4}{7} }  =  \frac{1}{4}

 \frac{ \frac{8x -3}{4} }{ \frac{63x+4}{7} }  =  \frac{1}{4}

 \frac{7(8x-3)}{4(63x+4)}  =  \frac{1}{4}

 \frac{8x-3}{63x+4}  =  \frac{1}{4}  \times  \frac{4}{7}

 \frac{8x-3}{63x+4}  = \frac{1}{7}

7(8x-3) = 63x+4

 56x-21 =  63x+4

63x-56x = -21-4

7x = -25
